This event is a class room style presentation by institutional member schools on various topics. Presentations are a “whats new” at the school and may include:

  • New foods and menu trends
  • New restaurant concepts
  • Current and future sustainability initiatives
  • Renovation plans

Institutions will be contacted via the CCUFSA listserv in order to book a presentation time.
