Call in Procedure

Reserve your guest room by calling the Reservations Department TOLL FREE at 1-800-991-8888 before the cutoff date of May 30th, 2022.

Identify yourself as being part of the CCUFSA group. Quote the group code AFS0622 in order to receive the negotiated rate of $199.00 + 4% Municipal Accommodation Tax (MAT) and 13% HST Tuesday, for rooms Tuesday, June 21st through Saturday, June 25th. If you wish to extend your stay, rates are offered two (2) days post room block at the group rate, subject to availability at time of booking.

Booking Information

A $200.00 incidental deposit by credit card is required on all bookings. This amount will be authorized at check in then released if there are no charges.

Cancellation Policy

Individuals have 24 hours prior to their arrival to cancel their reservation.
